AngiefromBrooklyn.com is a platform that highlights creatives, musicians, artists and designers on the rise. You can also find exclusive interviews with creatives as well as Angie’s take on the latest trends in art and music. I have a deep appreciation for talent who often go overlooked and through my podcast, I aim to give them the appropriate platform.
The arts served as the catalyst to my creative career. I spent most of my time behind the scenes as a stylist, designer, and personal shopper for editorials, look books, & retail visuals. Currently, I work as the lead designer for my company Crown & Glory Designs, as well as the consultant and costume designer for projects in the film and music industry. With over ten years of experience in the industry, I was inspired to create a platform that focuses more on artists who are considered the underdog. One thing I have in common with the talent highlighted on my podcast is that we share the same work ethic. “I’ve never seen people who put in 100 percent lose,” is a mantra I live by. In life I’ve learned to give it my all, take risks and stay true to myself.
